APPLIED AI INFRASTRUCTURE

Turn subject-matter expertise into frontier applications.

— La course au calcul tire tout vers le bas. Nous prenons en charge la technique lourde, pour que vous puissiez faire le travail humain qui compte.

Konnektron works alongside the people who know the work to turn proprietary knowledge, data, and workflows into specialized datasets, agents, applications, and managed AI infrastructure.

We learn what good looks like, where judgment matters, and how the work actually gets done. Then we build and deploy the systems required to carry that expertise reliably into production.

OBJECT EXPLORER

CURRENTLY: IN THE LAB

I pointed a small local model at my own photo archive. Here's what it found.

This is a live experiment running small local models against years of photography to test how far lightweight classification can go before a frontier model is actually necessary.

The same photograph can mean different things depending on who's asking — a product record, an editorial asset, a legal object, a publishing candidate. Flip through the tabs below to see a photo, read five different ways.

APPLIED AI DATA DEVELOPMENT

Data that teaches systems what good looks like.

Models become useful when the data around them reflects the language, standards, edge cases, and definitions of quality inside the organization using them.

Konnektron develops expert-curated datasets, classification systems, schemas, evaluation environments, synthetic data, and human-review loops for applied AI systems. The resulting data can support search, retrieval, model evaluation, fine-tuning, workflow automation, analytics, publishing, or production software.

Raw information becomes production-ready in six checkpoints:

  1. Raw assets
  2. Schema & taxonomy
  3. Automated classification
  4. Human quality review
  5. Searchable dataset
  6. Application / agent / model

Each checkpoint is reviewable — a person can see exactly where a dataset came from and what happened to it before it reaches a model or an agent.

SEC.03 / AGENTS SPÉCIALISÉS

SPECIALIZED AGENTS

Agents for workflows generic copilots cannot handle.

Generic copilots were not built around your data, operating procedures, performance standards, or definition of a correct result.

Konnektron builds specialized agents grounded in customer-specific context and evaluated against real workflow criteria. Agents can retrieve information, classify incoming work, operate tools, prepare recommendations, verify outputs, update systems, and route important decisions back to a human operator.

  2. Context retrieved
  3. Action prepared
  4. Policy verified
  5. Human approval required
  6. System updated

The agent does not replace operational judgment. It prepares the work, preserves context, and helps the right person act faster.

SEC.04 / CALCUL GÉRÉ

MANAGED COMPUTE

Right-sized compute for the workload.

Not every AI workload belongs on the same hardware, model, or cloud. Konnektron manages local, dedicated, cloud, hybrid, and frontier-assisted compute for systems that need to run reliably without requiring the customer to become an infrastructure team.

We select and operate the runtime based on the actual work: privacy, data volume, latency, model size, output quality, expected demand, and cost.

SEC.05 / DÉPLOIEMENT

FORWARD-DEPLOYED DELIVERY

We go forward deployed with you.

Konnektron works alongside your team to move AI systems from idea, prototype, or internal experiment into dependable production use. We help define the workflow, connect the data, select the right models and infrastructure, build the missing application layer, integrate with existing systems, and support the people operating the result.

That may mean deploying something your team has already built, hardening a prototype, extending an existing application, or building a focused system from the ground up. The goal is not more software. The goal is a working capability that fits the organization around it.

From prototype to production.

A prototype can prove that something is possible. Deployment proves that it can survive real users, real data, permissions, edge cases, changing requirements, and operational responsibility. Konnektron handles the work required to cross that gap.

Where a focused interface or application component is required, we build it. Where an existing system can be extended, we integrate with it. Where the customer already has a promising prototype, we help make it production-ready.

— Nous nous déployons aux côtés de votre équipe.

SEC.06 / COUCHE APPLICATIVE

THE APPLICATION LAYER

Frontier capability is won around the model.

A frontier model does not automatically understand your workflows, constraints, proprietary data, operating environment, or definition of quality. Operational capability comes from the layers built around it:

  • domain-specific data
  • workflow logic
  • appropriate models
  • evaluation and verification
  • specialized agents
  • human control surfaces
  • production infrastructure
  • interfaces built around the real work

Konnektron develops and connects these layers so that model capability becomes operational advantage.

The result is not another AI demonstration. It is a working system that helps an established organization become a credible AI operator in its own market — without first becoming an AI lab.

— La capacité frontière se gagne autour du modèle.

SEC.07 / SOUVERAINETÉ DU CALCUL

COMPUTE SOVEREIGNTY

Compute sovereignty is a posture, not a purchase order.

Compute sovereignty means choosing the correct operating boundary for each workload: local, dedicated, single-tenant, cloud, hybrid, or frontier-assisted.

Before work begins, we establish explicit terms around:

  • where data is processed
  • what models and runtimes are used
  • what information is retained
  • when data is deleted
  • whether external model providers are involved
  • how outputs and project data can be exported
  • who controls the resulting system

Our default bias is private and single-tenant. Frontier-assisted workloads are used only when the customer's data policy, sensitivity, and desired output quality make that tradeoff acceptable. The boundaries are declared before the work begins — not discovered afterward.

boundaries declared before work begins — les limites sont fixées avant le travail
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Your data is not used to train shared systems unless you explicitly authorize it.

— Les limites sont fixées avant le début du travail.

SEC.08 / FLUX DE TRAVAIL PROPULSÉS

POWERED WORKFLOWS

From proprietary data to working software.

Data development is only valuable when it powers something people can use. Konnektron turns structured data, models, and agents into systems that fit the way an organization already works. We can integrate with existing software, automate email and review processes, add intelligent features to a website, deploy a customer prototype, build a focused internal tool, or create an operator workspace around a specific workflow.

Product intelligence

Transform images and descriptions into structured catalog data, enrichment workflows, improved search, recommendations, and customer-facing features.

Intelligent inboxes

Classify incoming messages, extract requests, identify urgency, prepare responses, route work, and maintain state across a process.

Review and approval systems

Combine automated analysis with human judgment, permissions, evidence, status tracking, and audit history.

Media and archive operations

Classify assets, generate metadata, attach rights and provenance, support editorial review, and prepare material for search, licensing, or publication.

Specialized workspaces

Build operator interfaces around legal, financial, industrial, media, customer-service, and internal business workflows.

Deployed applications

Harden, host, integrate, and maintain applications built by the customer, developed during an engagement, or assembled using modern AI development tools.

CUSTOM WHERE IT MATTERS. CONFIGURABLE WHERE IT DOESN'T.

Alongside bespoke systems, Konnektron is developing reusable software modules and off-the-shelf agent workflows that can be configured around common operational needs.

SEC.09 / ACTIVATIONS SUR LE TERRAIN

ACTIVATIONS

What this looks like in the field.

Legal Operations

A legal team is sitting on thousands of pages of contracts, discovery documents, or historical filings with no consistent way to find what matters. An activation like this extracts obligations, dates, parties, and risk language into structured, reviewable records — searchable by clause, party, or deadline instead of by folder. Ambiguous or high-stakes findings route to a human reviewer with the source material attached, so review time goes toward judgment calls instead of document hunting, and important findings remain tied to source material a human can verify.

Procurement & Commitments

A company’s purchase orders, vendor contracts, renewal dates, and service commitments are scattered across email, spreadsheets, and whichever system each department happened to adopt. An activation like this extracts obligations, renewal and expiry dates, spend commitments, and performance terms into one structured record per vendor — flagging anything approaching a deadline or drifting out of compliance. High-value renewals and exceptions route to a human for a real decision instead of auto-renewing silently, making commitments visible before they become missed obligations or expensive surprises.

Energy & Industrial Operations

A maintenance team has inspection reports, work orders, procedures, and equipment history spread across multiple systems. An activation connects those records around the asset, extracts recurring issues and outstanding actions, and gives operators a reviewable workspace showing what has happened, what is due, and the source behind each finding — so operators can understand asset history, outstanding work, and current risk without reconstructing the picture across multiple systems.

Construction & Field Operations

A general contractor is running submittals, RFIs, and daily field reports through email threads and scattered PDFs, and nobody has a reliable view of what is outstanding. An activation like this turns that paper trail into a structured system: submittals tracked against spec sections, RFIs routed to the right discipline with response deadlines visible, and field reports classified and searchable by project, trade, or issue. The result is one place to see what is blocking a schedule instead of reconstructing it from inboxes.

E-Commerce & Product Data

A retailer’s product catalog has grown faster than its data discipline — inconsistent attributes, missing fields, descriptions that do not match what search and recommendations actually need. An activation like this turns raw product photography and descriptions into structured catalog data: consistent categories, attributes, and merchandising tags, with gaps flagged rather than silently filled in. The output feeds search, recommendations, and customer-facing features directly, instead of requiring another manual cleanup pass.

Media, PR & Brand Operations

A communications, media, or brand team is managing photography, video, press materials, campaign assets, approvals, usage rights, and publishing history across shared drives, inboxes, agencies, and content systems. An activation like this connects the material to the context around it: what the asset contains, where it came from, what it can be used for, who approved it, and where it has already appeared. Teams can find usable material faster, route sensitive or ambiguous assets for review, and publish with the underlying rights, provenance, and brand context still attached.

SEC.10 / MODES D'ENGAGEMENT

WAYS TO ENGAGE

Start with a consequential workflow. Prove the value. Expand what works.

Engagements begin with a clearly bounded operational objective and expand when the workflow and value justify it.

Diagnostic

From $5,000

A focused, paid review of a dataset, archive, or operational workflow — including a bounded private processing run where useful — identifying structure, quality issues, opportunities, and the highest-leverage next step.

Activation Pilot

From $15,000

Turn a defined dataset or operational workflow into a working activation: structured information, a reviewable process, and an initial deployment built around a real business objective.

Applied Build

From $50,000

A custom production system — agents, operator interfaces, integrations, pipelines, and internal tools — built around a defined operational objective and deployed into the workflow it is meant to support.

Forward-Deployed Engagement

From $35,000 / month

Direct, embedded collaboration inside your workflow — from discovery and system design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing iteration.

Managed Runtime

From $2,500 / month

Private workspaces, inference, batch processing, agent execution, infrastructure management, monitoring, and technical support.

Scope follows the workflow. Start with enough to prove meaningful value.

SEC.11 / CONTACT

START A CONVERSATION

Bring us the workflow.

Tell us what is too manual, too fragmented, too slow, or too important to leave to a generic copilot. Konnektron can help determine:

  • what should be structured
  • what should be automated
  • where subject-matter judgment must remain under human control
  • what data is missing
  • what can be deployed immediately
  • what kind of system would create meaningful operational advantage

Every engagement is founder-led by Jason Hargrove, from the first conversation through delivery.
